The Bank of England has announced the deadline for submitting the Eligible Liabilities Return form for the 2026/27 Levy Year. Institutions must submit their eligible liability data for the Reference Period, covering October 1 to December 31, by January 15, 2026. Revisions to previously submitted data are due by 5 p.m. on January 30, 2026.
An indicative timetable for the Levy Year is available in Table B of the Bank of England Levy Framework Document. This document suggests that the Notification Document, which includes the Anticipated Levy Requirement, will be published in June.
