On February 26, 2025, the Bank of Russia’s Board of Directors made a decision to expand its Lombard List by including several securities. The newly added securities encompass government bonds and exchange-traded bonds from various regions and companies.

The list includes government bonds from the Novosibirsk Region, Republic of Bashkortostan, and Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Additionally, it features exchange-traded bonds from Joint Stock Company DOM.RF, Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company, Public Joint Stock Company MegaFon, Public Joint Stock Company Magnit, Joint Stock Company Holding Company METALLOINVEST, Public Joint Stock Company Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Federal Grid Company – ROSSETI, PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, Public Joint-Stock Company Rosseti Moscow Region, Public Joint-Stock Company Federal Hydro-Generating Company – RusHydro, and more.

Notable companies such as Rostelecom, Polyus, PhosAgro, X5 FINANCE LLC., Cherkizovo Group PJSC., KAMAZ PJSC., Vimpel-Communications PJSC., NovaBev Group LLC., and AO Mosoblenergo also have their bonds included in this list. Each bond is identified by specific issue registration numbers.
