On April 25, 2025, the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided to include several securities in the Lombard List. The securities added are exchange-traded bonds from various companies.
The list includes exchange-traded bonds of Joint Stock Company Atomic Energy Power Corporation with issue registration numbers 4B02-03-55319-E-001P and 4B02-04-55319-E-001P. Public Joint Stock Company Magnit’s bonds were also included, with issue registration numbers 4B02-02-60525-P-005P and 4B02-03-60525-P-005P.
Additionally, the list features exchange-traded bonds from Joint Stock Company Holding Company METALLOINVEST, having multiple issue registration numbers: 4B02-10-25642-H-001P, 4B02-11-25642-H-001P, 4B02-12-25642-H-001P, and 4B02-13-25642-H-001P.
Federal Grid Company – ROSSETI’s public joint-stock company also had its bonds included with issue registration numbers 4B02-15-65018-D-001P and 4B02-16-65018-D -001P. The Joint Stock Company NOVATEK is represented by a bond with issue registration number 4B02 -03 -00268 -E -001P.
Public Joint Stock Company Mining and Metallurgical Company NORILSK NICKEL’s bond with issue registration number 4B02 -08 -40155 -F -001P is now part of the list as well. Novolipetsk Steel’s bond was added under issue registration number 4 -12 -00102 -A.
Limited Liability Company X5 FINANCE’s exchange-traded bonds have been listed too, with three different issue registration numbers: 4B02 -09 -36241-R -003P, 4B02 -10 -36241-R -003P, and 4B02 -11 -36241-R -003P.
The inclusion extends to Public Joint Stock Company Rostelecom’s exchange-traded bonds bearing issue registration numbers: 4B02–14–00124–A–001 P and 4 B02–15–00l24-A–00 l P.
Public Joint Stock Company Cherkizovo Group’s bonds have been added with two sets of issue registration numbers: 48O2-O8-lO797-A-OOl P and 48O2-Ol-lO797-A-Oo2 P.
Public Joint Stock Company’s Acron had its exchange-traded bonds included too; these bear the following issues’ registered digits respectively : “48 O2 – O5 – OO207 – A – OOl P”, “48 O6 – OO207” & “OO7”. Lastly , Sistema Public Joints Stocks Financial Corporations saw their trades accepted into LOMBARDS LIST via double issuance identifier ; namely “48103101669AOOP” plus ‘48101’.
