The Bank of Russia has given its approval for amendments to the plan involving the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency in bankruptcy prevention measures for JSC MOSOBLBANK. According to these amendments, the Agency will proceed with efforts to prevent the Bank’s bankruptcy independently.

Promsvyazbank PJSC’s role as an investor in the financial resolution of JSC MOSOBLBANK will conclude following decisions made by Promsvyazbank PJSC’s management. This decision is intended to shorten the duration of the financial resolution process.

Despite these changes, JSC MOSOBLBANK will continue to meet its obligations to clients.
