The day will begin with a preliminary session starting at midnight Moscow time and ending at 1:00 a.m. The regular session will then run from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a standard period until 8:00 p.m. and a settlement period from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The final session will start at 9:00 p.m. and conclude no later than 10:00 p.m.
The faster payments service will continue to operate around the clock according to established rules, without any changes to its 24/7 availability.
