Bank of Russia announces RUONIA schedule changes during New Year holidays

The Bank of Russia has announced that it will not calculate and publish the RUONIA (Ruble Overnight Index Average) rate on December 28, 2024. The calculation and publication of RUONIA for January 9, 2025, will occur on January 10, 2025.

From January 10, 2025, onwards, RUONIA will be calculated and published as usual. Both the RUONIA Index and Averages are set to follow their regular schedule.

The final update for the year 2024 is scheduled for release on December 28. Data covering the holiday period from December 29, 2024, through January 8, 2025, will be published on January 9, 2025.
