Bank of Russia approves changes in INVESTTORGBANK financial rehabilitation plan

The Bank of Russia has approved changes to the plan for the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency’s involvement in preventing the bankruptcy of INVESTTORGBANK. According to these amendments, the Agency will now independently implement measures aimed at avoiding the bank’s bankruptcy.

TRANSKAPITALBANK (TKB) will cease its participation as an investor in INVESTTORGBANK’s financial rehabilitation after TKB’s management makes the necessary decisions. The Bank of Russia stated that INVESTTORGBANK will continue to meet all its obligations to clients.

“The Bank will continue to fulfil all its obligations to clients.”
