The Bank of Russia has announced that starting January 1, 2025, a support measure outlined in Clause 3 of the Bank of Russia Information Letter No. IN-03-59/30, dated May 14, 2024, will continue indefinitely.
This decision affects credit history bureaus. They are advised not to consider restructuring actions specified in Clause 1 of the mentioned information letter as detrimental to a borrower’s credit history when determining the individual’s credit rating.
