The Bank of Russia has reported initial results from its partnership financing experiment, which commenced on September 1, 2023. As per the market review covering the first nine months of 2024, funds invested in this initiative have totaled ₽2.8 billion. A significant portion of these investments, 43%, are through sale and purchase agreements.

Funds raised in this period amounted to ₽3.8 billion, with transactions involving settlement and card accounts making up 45% of this sum. Legal entities hold over half of these funds.

Leading the way in partnership financing transactions is the Republic of Tatarstan. Other regions participating include Moscow, the Moscow Region, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The experiment is open to financial institutions and other legal entities. The Bank of Russia maintains a register of participants involved in this experimental scheme.
