The Bank of Russia has announced that its annual Cybersecurity in Finance Forum will take place at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO Congress Center from February 18 to 20, 2026.

The forum is expected to draw participation from the Bank of Russia’s management, federal authorities, and specialists from financial institutions and leading information security companies.

According to the announcement, the 2026 forum will focus on several key topics. These include strategic development and trends in information security, efforts to counter cyberfraud, security challenges related to digital and payment technologies, regulation of artificial intelligence, and import substitution in the financial sector.

The event continues the Bank of Russia’s tradition of convening experts and stakeholders to address current and emerging issues in financial cybersecurity.
