On October 28, 2025, the Bank of Russia will issue a new gold investment coin with a denomination of 10,000 rubles. The coin, titled “Saint George the Victorious,” contains one kilogram of gold with a fineness of 999/1,000 and has a diameter of 100 millimeters.

The obverse side of the coin displays a relief image of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation. It also includes inscriptions for “RUSSIAN FEDERATION” and “BANK OF RUSSIA,” as well as the denomination “10,000 RUBLES,” the year “2025,” the chemical symbol for gold, fineness information, serial number with the symbol “No.,” fine metal content, and the mint trademark.

On the reverse side, there is a relief image depicting Saint George on horseback slaying a dragon with a spear. The edge of the coin is corrugated.

The coin is produced in uncirculated quality and its mintage will not exceed 100 pieces. According to regulations from the Bank of Russia, this coin is legal tender within Russia and must be accepted for all types of payments at its face value without any restrictions.
