The Bank of Russia has updated its list of RUONIA Panel Banks, following the “Procedure for Selecting Credit Institutions for the List of RUONIA Panel Banks” that has been in effect since August 24, 2021. The new list was officially approved and will be used in the calculation and publication procedure for RUONIA on October 28, covering data from October 27, 2025.
