The Federal Reserve Board has approved Huntington Bancshares Incorporated’s application to acquire Veritex Holdings, Inc. This decision also allows Huntington Bancshares to indirectly acquire Veritex Community Bank, which is based in Dallas, Texas. Huntington Bancshares is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.

“This approval allows Huntington Bancshares Incorporated of Columbus, Ohio, to acquire Veritex Holdings, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire Veritex Community Bank, both of Dallas, Texas,” the Federal Reserve Board stated.
