The Federal Reserve Board has approved the application by The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to acquire FirstBank Holding Company. Through this transaction, PNC will also indirectly acquire FirstBank, both located in Lakewood, Colorado.
“The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application by The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to acquire FirstBank Holding Company, and thereby indirectly acquire FirstBank, both of Lakewood, Colorado,” the Board stated.
