The Federal Reserve Board has announced an enforcement action involving a former employee of First Horizon Bank in Memphis, Tennessee. On Tuesday, the Board issued a consent prohibition order against Khalila Cooper following findings of embezzlement of bank funds.

According to the announcement, the enforcement action is related to Cooper’s actions during her employment at First Horizon Bank. The consent prohibition order bars her from participating in any banking activities.
