Federal Reserve issues prohibition orders against former employees of First Horizon Bank and NobleBank & Trust

The Federal Reserve Board has announced enforcement actions against two former bank employees. Md Hasan Rabbany Joy, previously with First Horizon Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, is subject to a consent prohibition order following findings of embezzlement of bank funds. James Woodward, formerly employed by NobleBank & Trust in Anniston, Alabama, is also under a consent prohibition order due to misappropriation of customer funds.
