In August 2025, household inflation expectations for the coming year increased to 13.5%, up from 13.0% in July, according to a survey by InFOM. The rise was noted mainly among respondents without savings, while expectations among those with savings remained stable.

Survey participants reported more frequent mentions of higher prices for housing, utilities, medical services, petrol, and some food items compared to the previous month.

The consumer sentiment index declined during this period. Business price expectations also saw a slight increase.
