Ruslan Baluev has been appointed as the Director of the Information Technology Department at the Bank of Russia. The appointment, effective April 29, 2025, was made by the order of the Bank of Russia Governor.
Baluev has over 14 years of experience at the Bank of Russia, with part of his career spent in its regional branches. Prior to his new role, since January 2024, he served as the Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department.
