Sergey Shevchenko has been named Director of the Real Estate Department at the Bank of Russia, according to an official order from the Governor of the Bank. His appointment is effective as of December 1, 2025. Prior to this role, Shevchenko served as Acting Director in the same department.
Before joining the Bank of Russia, Shevchenko gained experience working for major companies in both the financial and real estate development sectors.
