The Bank of Canada Reveals 2023 Annual Report and Climate Risks Assessment

"The Bank of Canada’s Annual Report for 2023 was tabled in the House of Commons yesterday. The report evaluates how the physical effects of climate change and potential disruptions from the transition to a low-carbon economy could impact the Bank’s ability to deliver on its core functions. The Annual Report outlines the Bank’s activities and achievements in 2023, including financial statements and a message from Governor Tiff Macklem.
