The Bank of Russia has announced the release of the program architecture for its upcoming Financial Congress. The details have been made available on the event's official website.
Scheduled to take place in St Petersburg from July 3 to July 5, 2024, this year's Congress will feature a business program that includes two plenary sessions on its opening day. One session will focus on how external restrictions impact economic growth, while the other will address the capital market as a source of long-term resources for the economy.
Over the following two days, participants will engage in discussions covering various topics such as prospects for the Russian economy, future developments in the financial market, banking regulation priorities, long-term saving instruments, and payment infrastructure development.
In total, there will be 21 panel sessions during the Congress. Participants include management from the Bank of Russia, representatives from leading financial institutions in Russia, government authorities, and members of the expert community.
