Annual price growth has slowed in 76 Russian regions over September, with the most significant decreases observed in the Sakhalin Region and the Chechen Republic.
The rate of increase in food prices showed a noticeable decline. Notably, sugar experienced a year-on-year decrease in price, while the rise in prices for fruit, vegetables, and eggs was less pronounced.
For non-food goods, including cars, household appliances, and electronics, there was a lower annual growth rate compared to previous periods.
Meanwhile, the annual increase in service prices remained nearly as high as it was in August. Outbound tourism experienced the highest price growth over the past year.
