Registration has commenced for the Ural Forum of the Bank of Russia, scheduled to take place from February 19 to 21, 2025, at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO Congress Center.
The forum's program includes two plenary sessions. One session will feature Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina and will address issues related to cyber fraud and countering money theft. The other session will focus on financial institutions transitioning to domestic technology products.
The event will also include 40 thematic sessions and master classes. Experts are set to discuss topics such as safe digital and payment technologies, personal data protection measures, artificial intelligence applications, practices for preventing fraudulent transactions, among other pertinent subjects. The forum will conclude with a demo day hosted by the Industrial Competence Center ‘Finance’, showcasing innovative technologies developed by Russian vendors for the financial sector.
Prior to the main event, a youth program is planned for students who have excelled in the Cybersecurity in Finance IT Championship. The winners in this segment will present their information security projects.
