To submit information, affected parties can email RepWhistleblowers@banking.senate.gov or call 202-224-4287. Submissions should include the business, agency, or organization involved, details of the allegation, and contact information.

If you have been debanked, I encourage you to reach out to my staff through our confidential whistleblower resource. Working together, we can ensure bad actors who have exploited their power are held accountable," said Chairman Scott.
The Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing on February 5, 2025, focusing on debanking issues.
