On April 14, 2025, the Bank of Russia plans to release 10-ruble commemorative coins as part of the Cities of Labour Valour series. The cities featured on these coins include Ulyanovsk, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, and Yaroslavl. Each coin is round, with a diameter of 22.0 mm, and features a relief rim around its circumference.
The coins have an intermittently corrugated edge, which consists of alternating sections with a different number of ridges. On the obverse side, the coins display inscriptions around the edge, including "БАНК РОССИИ" (Bank of Russia) at the top and "2025" at the bottom. Laurel and oak twigs appear to the left and right, while the number "10" and the word "РУБЛЕЙ" (rubles) are located in the center. The figure "0" includes a security feature: the number "10" and the word "РУБ" (RUB) can be seen from different angles. At the bottom is the Moscow Mint trademark.
The reverse side of each coin features specific city-related imagery:
- The Ulyanovsk coin (Catalogue No. 5714-0102) shows a relief of the monument Soldier of the Labour Front, with "УЛЬЯНОВСК" (Ulyanovsk) at the top and "ГОРОДА ТРУДОВОЙ ДОБЛЕСТИ" (Cities of Labour Valour) at the bottom along the ribbon.
- The Ufa coin (Catalogue No. 5714-0103) depicts a relief of a fragment of the monument to home front workers, with "УФА" (Ufa) at the top and "ГОРОДА ТРУДОВОЙ ДОБЛЕСТИ" (Cities of Labour Valour) at the bottom along the ribbon.
- The Chelyabinsk coin (Catalogue No. 5714-0104) includes a relief of the stele City of Labour Valour, with additional images on its lower part. "ЧЕЛЯБИНСК" (Chelyabinsk) features at the top and "ГОРОДА ТРУДОВОЙ ДОБЛЕСТИ" (Cities of Labour Valour) at the bottom along the ribbon.

The total mintage for each design is capped at 1.0 million pieces. These coins are considered legal tender within the Russian Federation and are mandatorily accepted for all payment types at their face value.
