The Bank of Russia Board of Directors has decided to update the Lombard List, adding several new exchange-traded bonds from various Russian companies. The decision was made on July 31, 2025.
The updated list now includes exchange-traded bonds from Joint Stock Company Atomic Energy Power Corporation, Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft, Limited Liability Company Gazprom Capital, Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company, Public Joint Stock Company MegaFon, and Public Joint-Stock Company Federal Hydro-Generating Company – RusHydro. Other additions are from Public Joint Stock Company Rostelecom, Public Joint Stock Company PhosAgro, Public Joint Stock Company SIBUR Holding, Joint Stock Company NOVATEK, and Public Joint Stock Company Mining and Metallurgical Company NORILSK NICKEL.
Additional issuers whose bonds were added include Federal Grid Company – Rosseti (Public Joint-Stock Company), Limited Liability Company X5 FINANCE, Joint Stock Company Holding Company METALLOINVEST, Public Joint Stock Company Acron, Public Joint Stock Company Aeroflot – Russian Airlines, KAMAZ Publicly Traded Company, AO HC Novotrans, Public Joint Stock Company Leasing company Europlan, Rosagroleasing Joint Stock Company and International Public Joint-Stock Company YANDEX.
At the same time, the Bank of Russia announced that it would remove certain bonds from the Lombard List if their issuers limit information disclosure. Information about securities included in the Lombard List is available in The Bank of Russia Lombard List.
