In October, the Bank of Russia reported that its Business Climate Index reached 2.6 points, an increase from 1.2 points in September.
According to the central bank, companies noted higher current output and demand compared to September. Their expectations for the next three months also became more positive than in the previous month.
The report highlighted that business price expectations rose for the first time since January 2025. The third quarter of 2025 also saw continued growth in companies’ investment activity.
